  • 食の旅に出掛けよう (Embark on a food adventure) 農家うたげ。 (神戸市中央区三宮町1丁目10-1 神戸交通センタービル9F) 2026年1月3日(土)妻と昼食でお伺いしました こちらの農家うたげ。は凄く人気な料理屋で予約は必須です 僕達は数日前に13時15分の予約を取り伺いましたがそれでも他の人達も予約前に来て多くの方が列をなしていました 13時15分になっても呼ばれないので聞きに行くとスタッフから直ぐ席に案内して貰えました 注文するのは前もって決めていたので僕は一汁十八菜 角煮農家御膳(ご飯は高砂の夕日卵で卵かけご飯)にしました 妻はお刺身農家御膳(ご飯は日替わり炊き込みご飯)にしました ご飯(3種類どれでもおかわり自由、味噌汁もおかわり自由) が妻のお刺身農家御膳のお刺身の魚がお皿にちょこんと乗ってるだけでメイン料理と呼ぶには少し淋しかったです 一汁(味噌汁)は具材が多く十八菜は様々な旬の野菜の炊き蒸し焼き揚げと色々と工夫して大変美味しく頂けました でも僕達の少しあとに後ろの席に案内された3人組の女性客達は一汁十八菜はもう完売しましたって言われていて一汁九菜の料理しか注文出来なかった様ですしご飯も日替わり炊き込みご飯もなかった様です また個室に案内された大家族もスタッフに他に注文出来るのは何が有るんですかって!言ってるのが聞こえて来ました しかしこちらの料理は予約して食べに来る価値はあると思いましたし出来るだけ早い時間帯の予約をしないと食べたいメニューが無くなって来るのも分かりました また僕達の時間帯にいた二人の若い男性スタッフはテキパキと注文を取りスムーズに配膳し二人が合図をしながら仕事をこなして行ってるのを見てさすがだな〜っと思いました 全てが美味しかったです 今日は有難うございましたご馳走様でした

  • 三宮駅直結の駅ビルにあり、使い勝手の良さが魅力のお店。 店名から野菜推しの印象を受けますが、実際には刺身や肉料理も含めた、バランスの良い構成です。 野菜料理は、味付けを抑えたものが多く、 素材の甘みや食感を活かす方向性。 特別に尖っているわけではありませんが、 一品一品が丁寧に作られている印象を受けました。 野菜だけに寄りすぎず、 居酒屋としての満足感をきちんと保っている点は好印象。 駅近で会食や軽めの集まりにも使いやすい一軒だと思います。
